AI-driven technologies can be essential assets for addressing this dynamic. In fact, the new term "nudgetech†captures how AI can nudge us to do something we might otherwise not have.
For example, AI could recommend which days to work in the office based on coworker behavior (so you don't drive in only to find an empty building). AI could also nudge us toward the best communication medium based on behaviors of the message receiver (i.e., they prefer chat to email).
