Capella Tower, in downtown Minneapolis, engaged with FORTÉ to create an exclusive conference center available only to tenants of the property. The 13,000-square-foot space, known as The Collaborative, features a boardroom, medium-sized conference room and two large training rooms along with numerous zones for greeting guests and hosting informal meetings away from the office.
